Nicole Barrett

Before moving to Portugal, Nicole spent the last 30 years living in Massachusetts, USA. Originally from Jamaica, this is her second go at moving to another country. Having visited Portugal for the first time in 2017 and with regular visits since then, Nicole has always known that Portugal would be her next permanent move. 

The search for a home along Lisbon's South Bay (Margem Sul to the locals) started officially in the Summer of 2021 and ended with the closing on a historic building by the river in the historic center of Seixal. Nicole now lives in this river-side beach town with her husband and two sons and is currently renovating the building that includes rental units.

As a former Regional Director of Sales for Sandals and Beaches Resorts, Nicole now consults for and works with travel brands and travel consultants across Europe, North America, and The Caribbean.
